These days, Baby would only eat her porridge if it tastes a tad salty. Since I don’t like the idea of her eating salt, albeit given in very tiny amounts, I got a bottle of Bragg’s Liquid Aminos to replace salt and soy sauce. I put about 1/4 teaspoon or less of this sauce to her porridge to give her a salty kick!

I used to use this a lot.. then Philip had a chance on the real soy sauce..esp kikoman (japanese brand) one.. now he likes the real soy sauce n not this liquid 🙁

thks Shireen,I’ll check out the organic shop at BV. I’ve to admit, babies porridge can be quite bland and I don’t fancy too much soya sauce for Amber. This will be a good option to try.
