Signs That You Have Too Much Toxins In Your Body

You think you are healthy, but you don’t feel energetic and not in the mood to do much. You struggle to find the energy to get through the day. You’re irritable. Your stomach isn’t acting right — it’s bloated and you belch a lot. And all those nagging headaches!

These types of ailments affect many of us in our daily lives. They are not serious enough to warrant a trip to the doctor — or maybe you tried only to be told there was nothing wrong — but they still tend to drag you down, wearing away your resistance and leaving you feeling like you’re just getting old.

Well, it probably has nothing to do with you aging. Instead, your body may be surrounded by too much toxins accumulated over the years.  Your body still collects toxins when you expose yourself to free radicals  from the food you eat, cleaning products and toiletries you use or from environmental toxins.

Toxins have become an inescapable part of our everyday lives. In the previous decade there have been roughly 100,000 different chemicals used in the United States. They’re used commercially in the food we eat, the medicine we take, and general house care products that appear completely innocent.

Studies by the Environmental Working Group recently discovered that even unborn babies can’t avoid pollution in our toxin-laden society. They found traces of more than 200 commercial chemicals within the umbilical cords before birth. You might not be able to avoid the toxins but knowing where they come from and how to treat them will help reduce the impact of toxicity significantly.

Signs that You Have Too Many Toxins in Your Body.
Listed below are a few of the most common signs of exposure to too much toxins.

Sleep disorders like insomnia and restlessness
Stubborn weight gain
Constipation
Body odor and foul breath
Persisting exhaustion
Worsening inflammatory problems like arthritis and asthma
Trouble with digestion
Development of ulcers or hemorrhoids
Increase in acne, psoriasis, eczema, and other skin conditions
Loss of mental clarity and motivation
Muscle and joint pain
Worsened PMS symptoms
Congestion
Sensitivity to scents
Muscle aches and pains

How To Detox Toxins From Your Body – Easy Steps for Optimal Detoxification

1. Reduce Exposure – The first and most obvious step to take is modifying your routine to reduce your exposure to the chemicals. Analyze the sources listed above and try to minimize the pollution you encounter throughout the day. You can start by avoiding these most toxic food ingredients and avoiding these fake foods.

2. Stay Hydrated – Water is an essential tool for your body to flush out the chemicals you are exposed to. Purchase a filter to make sure your water is pure and make sure you drink it in regular intervals. A minimum of 8-10 cups of water per day is recommended.   Water enriched with hydrogen like Izumio is very beneficial too.  The hydrogen in the water acts to scavenge free radicals in your body.

3. Go Organic – Switch up that shopping list and ditch the processed foods. Look for organic sources of fruit and vegetables and try to avoid retailers that mass produce it. This will decrease the presence of chemical fertilizers and pesticides that are used for commercial gain. Green vegetables and most fruits have effective detoxifying qualities.

4. Maintain Healthy Digestion – Get the right amount of fiber in your diet and make sure that you use the bathroom regularly. The average person should move their bowels 1-2 times each day to prevent toxin buildup. You can make you own digestive detox smoothie.

5. Exercise – Getting active will fire up your circulation and turn your body into a toxin flushing machine. Going for runs, swimming, playing sports, or simply getting out to walk around once in a while will help keep you in shape and away from body toxicity.

6. Supplements – There are health supplements out there that will help you reduce toxicity within your body. For example: spirulina and chlorella are two kinds of blue-green algae that are effective at binding and removing toxins from your body, and they work well for detoxing from heavy metal exposure.  You can also choose a supplement that’s high in carotenoids like Super Lutein.  Super Lutein are capsules which contain 6 important carotenoids.

You can email shireenyong@gmail.com to find out more on Izumio and Super Lutein.

Five Appliances You’ll Need When Starting a Restaurant

Whether you’re planning to start a small coffee house or you’re looking to tempt the pallet of guests with an extensive menu, there are several appliances you’ll need to purchase. When developing your business plan, these appliances need to be listed and included in your startup costs. While some may be more obvious depending on your needs, others are often forgotten when people first start a food-based business.

Fully Functional Grill
A grill needs to be more than just a surface that gets hot. The appliances needs to be able to cook foods at specific temperatures if you want to avoid being cited by the health department. Before buying a grill, make sure that it will fit your restaurant’s cooking requirements perfectly.

Commercial Food Freezer
One item that gets overlooked often is that of the freezer. As opposed to a home-based unity, a commercial freezer will hold far more foods while keeping the materials at optimal temperatures. If you plan on serving a large number of goods, you’ll need a place to store the product. Commercial units are specifically designed for larger loads.

Dishwasher
A dishwasher for a restaurant needs to go beyond what you might have in the home. It’ll need to support a large number of plates, cups and silverware. It’ll also need to provide a certain temperature while having a drainage system that follows the requirements of your local health department codes. Failure to meet these demands could prompt the health department to force the removal of the appliance.

Grease Traps and Removal
While most commercial grills and ovens will have their own grease traps, you’ll still need proper removal plans. In many areas around the United States, it’s illegal to drop this material in dumpsters. However, there should be local facilities that can take used grease off of your hands.

Hood Exhaust Fans
Without a proper hood and fan, grease could accumulate within the facility. Table tops, chairs and other surfaces can begin to collect layers of grease while you cook. This is one of the reasons why it’s important to keep your hoods cleaned and regularly maintained.

Although you may think that you can get by with cheap appliances, the cost will be reflected in the quality of food you prepare. This means that some aspects of your business will be obvious to your patrons as cheap equipment often doesn’t offer the same quality as commercial products. Sacrificing the right equipment to save a dollar or two may be detrimental to your business.

Treating Dengue Fever With Hydrogen Water

Several months back, a friend of mine nearly lost her husband to hemorrahagic dengue fever. Her husband was hospitalized for almost 3 months. He had partial loss of memory, his liver and kidneys almost failed him, he had to be intubated and now he has to undergo rehab and physiotherapy. Thank God he survived this deadly disease caused by just one unassuming tiny mosquito.

While he was in ICU at the hospital, my sifu (aka my upline) visited him in the hospital and brought him Izumio hydrogen water. Our friend coaxed her hubby to down the packets of hydrogen water.

Also a few months back, I found out from Facebook that 2 of my friends’ friends succumbed to the deadly dengue fever.  Life is so fragile and so unexpected. I am still learning how to let go of many trivial issues and live each day as if it was my last.

Let me share with you a testimonial from one of our members’ patients who consumed Izumio  when she was hospitalized for Dengue fever recently…

If you know of anyone who is battling Dengue fever now, do give hydrogen water a try.

Avocado Health Benefits

A supermarket at my neighborhood is having a promotion for avocados today.  At only 99 sen each, I could not resist buying at least 10 of them!  But I only bought 2 to test if they are fresh and yes they are almost perfect inside.   Tomorrow I’m set to charge the supermarket at 9am to grab a big bag of avos 😀

Here are some of the health benefits of avocados:

2.  They contain more potassium than bananas

3. Avocado is loaded with heart-healthy Monounsaturated Fatty Acids

4. Loaded with fiber.

5. Eating avocados can lower Cholesterol and Triglyceride Levels

6. The fat in them can help you absorb nutrients from plant foods.

8. Avocados may help relieve the symptoms of Arthritis.

9. Eating avocados may help you lose weight.

5 Real Tips for Losing Weight

You’ve tried the fad diets. You’ve followed the advice of every tabloid out there. If you’re weary of ineffective or downright insulting weight loss tips, here are five real ones that will get the job done.

1. Add, Don’t Subtract

Instead of just denying yourself cookies and cakes, replace the junk food in your fridge with something else. For example, reach for sugar-free jello every time you really want candy. You’ll still be allowing yourself a treat but it won’t be the kind that sticks to your thighs.

2. Only Make Permanent Changes

Fitness fails when people make unrealistic changes to their lifestyle that they know they’ll never be able to sustain in the long run. Don’t force yourself to have a salad for lunch every day unless you plan to have salad for lunch every day for the rest of your life. Instead, stick to salad once a week.

3. Not Tomorrow, Today

How many times have you told yourself well, I messed up today, so I might as well stop dieting for the rest of the afternoon and pick it up again tomorrow? This is faulty and disordered thinking that leads directly to binging. Hold yourself accountable for every morsel that crosses your lips.

4. Find Exercise You Actually Enjoy

This ties back into #2, but don’t try to turn yourself into a morning jogger when you despise running. Find some kind of dance class or yoga workshop that you genuinely enjoy participating in, and then working out won’t be such a chore.

5. Consider Weight Loss Surgery

It isn’t giving up. It’s getting back in control of your life. Once you have things firmly in hand, it’ll be much easier to think about the future and make positive lifestyle changes than when you were careening around a corner with no brakes.

These are just a few tips for shedding the last of that body fat. For more information, including surgery options, talk to people like Dr Paul Collins St Petersburg FL. They’ll set you straight!
