On day 3, I ran hot water on the boil and tried to squeeze the pus out during my shower. It took me almost 10 minutes before I finally saw very tiny amount of pus oozing out. Gosh, I felt victorious and relieved… relieved that I don’t have to go under the knife to have the pus removed!! Though very little pus came out, I could see that the size of the boil had shrunk. The pain was also lesser. Today is more than a week since I squeezed the pus out and my finger has healed completely with no more pain.
