My helper was feeding Baby and she had allowed Baby to play with a pair of scissors so that she will sit still and finish her food. The scissors are meant for trimming the finger nails of babies. But it is sharp too. When I tried to snatch the scissors away from Baby, she struggled and accidentally snipped my left forefinger. Gawd, I yelled out in pain and I was bleeding badly. It hurt awfully and the cut was pretty deep. I was fuming mad with my helper for being so careless for allowing Baby to play with a pair of scissors. It’s been almost a week and it still hurts. How can it heal quickly when I can’t avoid wetting my hands all the time washing poopied bumps right? Sigh….

Oh dear ….. must be really painful!! *shivers*
Sometimes getting a helper doesn’t means getting any help at all, but without them we can’t survive either, sigh!
That day my weekly cleaner actually put my girl playing near the bare window (no railing) on the 3rd floor! I almost fainted when I saw what she did and think, why can’t they use their brain once in awhile?
If u can get Tegaderm, it is a bit more waterproof. Also, I’d suggest leaving the cut open overnite to dry, as it is not practical really to do it during the day. If u keep it covered up all the time, it won’t heal as quickly.
