Lemnos Chickpeas Dip And Organic Veggie Crackers

I bought a tub of Lemnos Premium Quality Hommus Dip (consists of chickpeas, white sesame seed paste, lemon juice, canola oil) whilst shopping for groceries at Tesco several days ago.  This is my first time buying this dip and it is a perfect food for weight watchers as it’s high in protein and low in carb.   The dip tastes a tad sour and light and goes very well with salad and crackers.  It cost RM20+ a tub.

My favorite organic crackers from BioGreen.  These crackers are made of organic grains, seeds, wheatgerm and veggie.

My organic cracker with chickpeas dip.  Healthy and yummy!

The chickpeas dip has to be consumed within 7 days of opening so I have to eat it everyday to finish it off.  My 2 gals don’t even want to try it when I told them that it’s cold chickpeas!  The funny thing is that they love roasted chickpeas though.

On a side note, if you are a fan of Lemnos’ cheese, dips and spread, you can get them from Tesco.  The fruit and nuts variety of cheese wedges are RM2+ cheaper at Tesco, selling at only RM15++.  They are sold at RM17++ at other supermarkets.
