My Healthy Sandwich

With my latest craze over maple syrup, I drizzle a generous amount of it on my wholemeal bread almost everyday.  Today, I made a peanut butter sandwich and drizzled maple syrup on it, then wedged in wedges of ripened avocado.  And the combo was piquant — creamy and nutty with the unique sweetness of maple syrup. I loved it!!
