Hubby and I have decided that the surgery takes place later this month. My main concern of not wanting the surgery to take place so soon is because Baby C is having a mild runny nose now. I think it’s always good to go for a surgery when your immune system is strong. Moreover, I am also having a mild cold and am not feeling too good. I will call our surgeon tomorrow to find out from him when he will be back from his leave. Will also ask him if it’s going to be an open surgery or a laproscopic surgery.
I truly agree with you…I esp hate it, when surgeon always put the surgery date so sudden given excuse out of town, etc and not giving us plenty time to rethinking, make some arrangement for Alycia and Sherilyn, etc….Will pray that Baby C be fine

I chanced upon your blog frm Bits-of-Taste. Sorry to hear about what happen to your Baby C. Will pray that she has a fast recovery and will grow up as beautiful as her 2 Cheh-chehs.
Pro and cons on surgery dates because I been through 4 surgeries myself. The sooner the better because less time to worry. Before you know it, all is done.
But I do agree that the baby needs to be in fit condition before any surgery. I really hope she does well and recover soon!
gosh.. didn’t know so much happened to baby C. poor girl and poor you too. Praying that with this surgery, all will be fine. Do take good care of yourself.
